Free Educational Seminar – Understanding clinical and business factors while caring for injured employees

CompManagement Health Systems (CHS) is proud to partner with quality occupational health providers including physical therapists for the benefit of Ohio employers. Our educational workshop is designed to provide insight into the medical pathways toward resolution of workers’ compensation claims and to empower employers through this often challenging process. Treating physicians and other medical providers have a great deal of influence in the Ohio workers’ compensation system, and CHS contributes a key oversight role to facilitate quality-driven, cost-effective return-to-work strategies.

The discussion will focus on achieving a safe return to work as early as possible for injured employees as part of a therapeutic plan. This requires thoughtful and thorough communication among stakeholders.

Speakers will include Dr. David Kessler, medical director at CHS; and Dr. Michael “Scot” Bailey, owner and president of Work Injury Solutons. The session will be followed by a mini roundtable discussion (15-20 minutes). Atendees are invited to bring any questons or concerns to the roundtable.
